It's important to hire the right company for the job.
Not every plumbing company has experience working outside the city, and there are many nuances to a rural property.
To serve our community, and our families we have a set of standards and values we try to live up to.
Pricing
- We charge travel time one direction from Courtenay to Campbell River (typically this means 15-30 mins of travel time)
- We charge $162 per hour for two workers
- We charge $107 per hour for one worker
- We charge for material pick up (although we try to pick up as many orders as possible to lower costs)
- We charge for planning time (more on this later)
- We charge in 15 minute increments after the first hour
Sounds expensive?
Prices are going up all around, and so are the prices of a plumber.
We offer competitive prices, so feel free to call around!
Planning should be free right?
Well... No. Planning is the most important step.
Without a solid plan there will be a big question mark looming over the project until its completion.
This causes stress, confusion and most likely an inflated cost.
When do we work?
We start at 7:30 am and work till 3:30pm
Work days are Typically tuesday-thursday
With monday and friday left open for office work, and excess work.
Weekends and after hours?
We will do our best to answer calls and respond in a timely manner.
As it turns out, most plumbing emergencies are actually plumbing urgencies (meaning they can wait till Monday).
We try to reserve the weekends for our families, but will make exceptions if necessary.
